Created from a recipe dating back to the turn of the century, Pastis Camarguais is particularly “licorice-flavored”. This flavor is obtained by macerating licorice sticks directly in the alcoholic preparation. An alcoholate of plants and spices is then added, giving it a unique and exceptional character.
